We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team, specialising in residential projects. This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of creative vision, technical design knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will guide clients through the exciting journey of personalising one of their most important investments – their new home.

This position involves the design and coordination of all internal and external finishes, staircases, and joinery elements, ensuring a cohesive and bespoke result tailored to each client.

To be considered for this position, you will possess:

• A formal qualification in Interior Design or related field

• Experience in joinery design, with additional exposure to external selections and staircase design highly regarded

• Proficiency in CAD software in a professional environment

• Proven experience in a customer-facing design, sales or service role

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

• A strong work ethic and collaborative attitude

• A personable, professional manner and a good sense of humour!

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients to plan and customise all elements of their home's design, including interiors, exteriors, staircases, and joinery

• Providing expert advice on product lines, finishes, and design combinations

• Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers, and trades to ensure product availability and design intent is met

• Collaborating with the residential sales team for client referrals and project updates

• Responding promptly to client enquiries and guiding them confidently through the design process

• Managing the full design journey from initial brief to final selections and documentation

• Taking ownership of the client experience and ensuring their design expectations are not only met, but exceeded
